The incumbent will be responsible for the P&L of mortgage business for Rajasthan. Will have a team of Regional head sales reporting into him, who in turn manage a team of branch sales managers
the Branch Sales Manger manages a team of 7-8 Counselor's , who handle channel sales and also do self-sourcing
Responsible for achieving budgeted revenues on key accounts and conversion of key prospects through the preparation and execution of action plans.
Implementing the brand's service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the Sales process.
Guiding and developing the team.
Recruiting, training sales team and generating business to increase the profitability of the organization.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining client referral relationship with Group, individuals, builders channel.
Developing & implementing Marketing & Operational Plans
Interacting with the senior management on business reviews, business updates and business challenges.
Ensuring smooth process of loan which entails ascertaining complete compliance with the credit policy and compliance with the sigma process.
Responsible for proper coordination with credit and operation teams.
Handling Builder Channel for Project approval and new businesses opportunity
Responsible for generating cross sales business like term Insurance and property Insurance through sales team.
