Coaching and guiding team members to do their best and sharing feedback at regular intervals
Inducting new joinees to ensure a smooth learning curve
Key Technical Skills:
Understanding of operations of the concerned institutions, Knowledge / Functional understanding of Human Resources would be desirable and an added advantage.
Interactions with Head HR/ Finance/ Sales
Understanding the concepts of customization of the solutions based on the specific needs of the customers requirements
Understanding of the decision making process of the concerned institutions
Ability to understand pricing, and translate this understanding into the negotiation strategy
Ability to keep abreast of trends in the marketplace, including competition services and strategy
The individual must ideally have 8-10 years of experience in training business at regional level and must have excellent contacts with corporate / Government institutions.
