Partner with senior client Spocs to understand the hiring plans on the leadership roles and create hiring strategies
Created a separate strategy for leadership acquisition by creating a social connect platform on twitter, Facebook and Linkedin, by strengthening the employee referral programs, empanelling with the best of the class vendors and by organizations and roles mapping
Participation in Business plan meetings to understand the manpower forecast and to understand the business scenario.
Assessing the vendors and executive search firms to retain the best of the hiring partners and empanelling with them for qualitative deliverables
Participate in the organization level intervention oriented towards better talent acquisition practices and employer branding, currently involved in building alumni portal and creating communities bases on hobbies
* Should have relevant experience in head-hunting and mapping, preference will be given to the candidates from executive search firms' background.
* Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills
* Should have done end-to-end recruitment's.
* Should be well versed with Account Management and Client Servicing.
* Should have the ability to work in pressure situations.
