Understanding the clients/clusters business completely(business fabric and latest updates) and orienting the team on the same.
Ensure timely billing ,invoice signing ,including internal synergy within Accounts team and stakeholders to capitalize on the potential business opportunity with Clients.
Owning leadership hiring for the cluster and ensuring maximum closures thus maximising value add through leadership closures.
Driving numbers through I-Recruit and ensuring number monitoring for your teams and clusters using the same.
High level of reporting standards to be maintained using I-recruit to Program lead and Client as requested.
Effective and accurate while executing mapping assignments mapping.
Client Relations and Development:
Maintain effective client relations ensuring on time and quality delivery.
Ensuring growth in billing from key Clients.
Taking regular feedback from clients on services.
Keep a close eye on market and involve in continuous prospecting for new business.
Timely submission of reports to management and RPO clients.
Planning around Zero escalations and identifying potential escalations and operating from a solution mentality.
Completion of assignment email from client on successful completion of mapping assignment.
Team Management & Development:
Should be able to guide and mentor team members to achieve the set targets .
Develop team on new sourcing strategies, methods.
Up skilling team members to help them meet the set targets.
Identify and mentor the next level of leaders in your teams
Graduates. MBA or related PG qualification is must.
Skilled at research, mapping and head hunting. Proficiency in database search using tools like Linkedin, Job portals etc.
