Job Description


Ownership of running end to end recruiting seamlessly Ability to deal with senior stakeholders
Strong negotiation skills
Represent the Company for recruiting related activities/communication
Ensure recruiting campaigns and other responsibilities are executed seamlessly, representing the Company's brand

Lateral hiring

Plan strategy on target hiring pool, and approach to successfully source from diverse pools Headhunter management, negotiation of terms, design incentive schemes as necessary
Manage the lateral recruiting process across levels and drive decisions/ensure necessary alignments Partner with PA nodes to hire for their practices vertically or horizontally
Lateral recruiting gatekeeper on running a fair process, calibrating/validating contradictory inputs, ensuring alignment of offer guidelines
Keep abreast on competitor and market intelligence

Campus hiring

Partner in strategy on target pool, target schools, profile mix
Design best suitable approach to synchronize processes across campus
Develop specific marketing and positioning messages for different campus pools Ensure feedback is captured accurately and updated on system

International campus recruiting

Liaison with global counterparts to align on messaging and guidelines
Develop customized approach to participate without hampering local hiring parity/sensitivities or global set norms

Summer Internship program

Execute overall summer internship program
Manage sensitive issues that may arise and ensure suitable action
Ensure the buddy and mentor program runs seamlessly and a positive intern have experience

Other areas

Manage the customization and implementation of globally launched projects Coordinate with global recruiting to leverage best practices and strategies
Ensure adequate supply of recruiting materials global services, local printing Ensure website and India content is updated regularly
Coordinate development of other marketing materials
Ensure recruiting data is tracked and updated online on a real time basis

Should have at least 6- 8 years of HR experience of which at least 2-33 yrs should be in the Recruiting space at the senior level
MBA from a reputed B-school
Should have experience in Lateral Hiring & Campus Hiring.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask on different projects under tight time frames, as well as translates large, complex issues into effective work plans
A high sense of perceptiveness and diplomacy is required, you need to know how to navigate towards the best balanced solution for the Company and the stakeholders
Must possess excellent analytical abilities as well as strong relationship building skills.
