Job Description

Should be able to manage a team of recruiters (minimum 20 member)
Handling over all recruitment procedure. Providing training to recruiters if required. Vendor Management.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for both; technical and non-technical requirements across levels.
Preparing job descriptions based on the requirements analysis with Business Heads.
Sourcing candidates through various job portals & other professional communities for cost effective hiring,
Telephonic screening, fundamental analysis and short listing of the candidates,
Facilitate the interview process with the respective line managers, Salary fitment, negotiation and offer roll-out.
Good experience in conducting walk-ins and mass hiring.
Generate weekly MIS and on-demand reports as per requirement from senior management members.
Should be very Good experience in hard core recruitment with team.
Sales Profile Experience should be must (Joiner, middle and management label).
Pan India recruitment Experience.
Minimum 10 year experience in team handling profile.
