Job Description

Position Summary including Major Challenges:

The incumbent is required to be face of HR for the allocated Service Line for all new resource requirements. He/she would be taking care of one or more Service Lines.

Handling lateral Recruitments for one or more Service lines (Financial Service)
Handling Recruitment MIS preparation, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Dashboards
Social Media Hiring Savy.
To establish a robust Talent Acquisition delivery processes that meet the growing needs of business
Ensure Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) across all levels as per the plan within budgeted cost
Develop Talent Acquisition team with customer service orientation and align its objectives towards business

Desired Profile Experience:

5+ years post qualification experience in hiring, preferably in KPO industry (Finance)
The incumbent should have experience in cross industry hiring (Finance)
Experience in overall Talent Acquisition activities (Lateral Hiring)

Competencies / Skills:

Possesses good communication skills to coordinate, resolve queries of both external and internal customers
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Self motivator , analytical and result oriented to complete task as per timelines
Good Presentation Skills
Willing to take Ownership
Excellent MS-Office Skills
