Responsible for Talent Acquisition for Front level Hiring.
Preparing, analyzing and reporting metrics related to people, cost & capacity
Preparing leadership presentations and report-outs
Working with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy & consistency in reporting at multiple platforms
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, reporting and analytical skills.
Experience in a Planning & Analysis / Reporting processes.
Graduate with Specialization in HR preferred, prior experience of working in BPO Hiring critical for this role.
Ability to forge strong relationships with internal Clients and external vendors.
Market savvy on hiring practices.
