Job Description

  • Heading the Recruitment team and Design strategies in partnership with the business 
  • Manage a team of seasoned technical recruiters to ensure just in time delivery of quality talent 
  • Create a robust strategy for hiring from Employee Referral, Job Portals & Direct channel 
  • Lend direction towards initiatives aimed at increasing company visibility in niche talent pools 
  • Meet challenging recruiting targets across levels consistently within SLAs 
  • Facilitate continuous process improvements 
  • Partner actively with hiring managers
  • Hire through the most cost-effective sources and reduce recruiting costs. 
  • Increase applicant to hire ratio to ensure that the best candidate is hired. 
  • Manage MIS and share the key metrics with the leadership team on weekly basis for effective decision making
  • Desired Skills and Experience
  • 12+ years of experience in Recruiting and talent sourcing 
  • Proven ability in sourcing across channels 
  • Proactive in working closely with the leadership team and with the end clients spread across different geographies 
  • Ability to innovate the staffing process that result in on demand staffing delivery 
  • Ability to manage, coach and mentor a team of experienced recruiters 
  • Excellent communication skills is a must
