Business Partnership (A consultative approach)
o Work with business Resource Managers to gather hiring demand forecast.
o Conduct intake session with hiring manager to understand the position demand requirements and hiring manager expectations to ensure high quality candidates are sourced
o Participating in weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings with the business to provide requisition level update as well as present Hiring dashboard
o Develop deep assessment expertise on candidates
o Source, Lead and manage the candidate (Technology and Product) interview, offer and on boarding process with administrative support from Operations team
o Drive sourcing mix for aligned business group .Drive efficiency of Employee Referral
o Build strong relationships with candidates (both internal and external), ensure optimal candidate experience, and positively represent.
o Ensure data integrity as well as TA Process compliance to enable meaningful and accurate data/metrics to influence decision making
o Manage offer process including approvals from hiring manager & Business Leader on CTC, level and start date of candidate..
o Monitor successful completion of background check prior to start, pre-hire activities, and on time joins.
o Manage candidate engagement process post selection.
