Job Description

Skill Talent Supply Mapping -To work with Capabilities to understand the focus skills for the year /6months and then to do a talent supply mapping which includes assessment of the availability of relevant talent, mapping top competitors, identifying various talent sources including competitor up skilling/cross skilling strategies, identifying training institutes, study of alternate industry & passive pool mapping.

o Location Analysis to provide market landscape and competitor growth Analysis for the locations IGs are planning to expand

o Competitor benchmark for hiring, attrition , diversity, average resource cost to improve productivity and cost optimization.

o Compensation analysis for niche /Super skills including JB/Hot skill bonus offered by competitors.

o Should also be a part of the DMSP initiatives

To Share a monthly report on the overall IT industry market insights & trends with the entire recruitment team.

Desired Profile

6 - 9 yrs of exp in IT Recruitment
Exp in DMSP(Demand Mapping and Supply Planning) Channel Mix, Pipeline management, sourcing Strategies
Location Bangalore
No shift involved
Candidate should be from Tier 1 Organisation.
