o Location Analysis to provide market landscape and competitor growth Analysis for the locations IGs are planning to expand
o Competitor benchmark for hiring, attrition , diversity, average resource cost to improve productivity and cost optimization.
o Compensation analysis for niche /Super skills including JB/Hot skill bonus offered by competitors.
o Should also be a part of the DMSP initiatives
To Share a monthly report on the overall IT industry market insights & trends with the entire recruitment team.
