Job Description

Job Description:

- Take responsibility for recruitment campaigns across the ERA business unit
- Sourcing CV's for roles
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with key business Managers
- Provide strategic and operational recruitment advice to Managers in accordance with their business plans and in liaison with the relevant HR Advisor
- Work with the HR team and business Managers to continuously improve and maintain procedures and tools for the effective delivery of recruitment activity
- Work with members of the Resourcing team across the group in procuring and utilizing recruitment advertising inventory
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and legislation relating to resourcing matters at all times
- Ensure a first class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Establish and monitor KPIs for recruitment activity and report accordingly, deliver continuous improvements to service levels, selection tools and processes
- Produce reports and management data on a regular and ad hoc basis
- Provide training, guidance and support to operational management teams and others involved in the resourcing process
- Arrange interviews in a timely manner
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates in a timely manner
- Ensure Kenexa (our in-house recruitment database) is updated on a daily basis
- Preparing and issuing offer letters
- Updating HR system (Lawson) with new starter details
- Obtaining references for new starters
- Assist ERA HR team as and when required to do so
- Any other duties as requested by the HR Manager or the Unit Executive Team

Candidate Specification:

Essential academic, professional qualifications and experience, competencies and skills:-

- Proven experience of working in an in-house role with a bias towards direct sourcing
- An applied knowledge of candidate attraction techniques, including networking
- Proven experience of developing and drafting job descriptions, recruitment advertisements and interview questions
- A broad understanding of immigration legislation and knowledge of the UK Border Agency's rules on the prevention of Illegal Working
- Demonstrable experience of stakeholder and supply chain management
- A broad understanding of HR processes
- Up to date knowledge of employment legislation relating to recruitment
- Experience of preparing and analyzing management reports relating to recruitment
- Willing to travel within Europe, Russia and Africa when required
- Experience of recruiting in the UK markets
- Ability to deliver an excellent and professional candidate experience
- Ability to work proactively and manage own workload
- Experience of administration within a busy recruitment team
- Proven ability to prioritize own work load and be flexible in order to meet the conflicting demands of the role
- Experience of analyzing recruitment metrics and writing reports
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy coupled with excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision, as well as part of a team
- A high level of IT skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience of sourcing technical candidates from job boards and LinkedIn
- Experience of candidate management within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Writing advertising copy and using job board aggregators
