Responsible for overall Sales, Media & Marketing and After Sales service activities of the company
Part 1: Marketing and Branding
Identify and explore markets for the projects and tap business opportunities
Developing relationships to ensure market penetration by implementing Marketing activities, advertising and other visibility programs to drive sales
Assume overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for the organization; for strategic market planning; market research programs; field force activities, and control of the marketing budget
Lead the digital direct marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, and social advertising
Managing the annual digital marketing budget
Prepare search engine ranking and traffic reports to assess areas of potential improvement. Monitor, track, and report, websites traffic
Develops and coordinates production of marketing and promotional materials and programs including but not limited to print, electronic media, direct mail, and signage
Coordinate the appearance of all Organization print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
Introduce innovative ideas for Bulk/large selling of flats
Part 2: Sales & Sales Support
Accept leadership and responsibility of achieving the sales target
Manage and motivate entire sales and marketing staff to ensure overall achievement of organization goals and targets.
Auditing sales calls to ensure quality management
Implements enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. Monitors the assigned sales organizations compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data. Works closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firms technology investments
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Part 3: Collection Management, After Sales & Customer satisfaction
Look after collection & receivable management and Profitability
Customer satisfaction survey
Complaint resolution by delegating the task to other staff & department
Process improvement and Development
Part 4: Team as a whole
Support recruitment, training and retention of quality sales and marketing personnel. Act as a motivational leader to key team members.
Maintains team job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel
Coordinates training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel in the sales organization supported
Co-ordinate with and be part of the organizations core management team and provide valuable inputs to shape and direct the growth of the company in a sustainable manner.
Act as a liaison between Directors / Senior Management and middle management ensuring effective flow of communication & information
Conduct and Chair weekly and monthly meetings with sales and marketing teams to continuously monitor and review targets and performance.
Help establish a system of reports and MIS to capture data in the most efficient manner and analyze and communicate the same within the organization
