Job Description

-Should possess Telecom background in domestic business Domestic Telecom background mandatory

-Ability to perform analysis of Qualitative, Quantitative & Training Data

-Excellent knowledge of Customer Life Cycle in Telecom Businesses

-Idea CQ Structure-Top Call Drivers, Compendium & Parameters, Trends for Top Defects

-QA Team Mgt-Drive call monitoring adherence/QA on QA(Random QA Reaudits)

-Role would require to interact with the client on quality and training related deliverables.


Should possess Telecom background in domestic business Domestic Telecom background mandatory

Ability to perform analysis of Qualitative, Quantitative & Training Data

Excellent knowledge of Customer Life Cycle in Telecom Businesses

Has in the past independently managed a team of QAs and Trainers

Excellent communication skills ( Hindi & English), the role would require to interact with the client on quality and training related deliverables.
