Job Description

-Should possess exp in Telecom ( Domestic Telecom background mandatory)

-Ability to perform analysis of Qualitative, Quantitative & Training Data

-Excellent knowledge of Customer Life Cycle in Telecom Businesses

-CQ Structure-Top Call Drivers, Compendium & Parameters, Trends for Top Defects

-QA Team Mgt-Drive call monitoring adherence/QA on QA(Random QA Reaudits)

-Role would require to interact with the client on quality and training related deliverables.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate
Min 6+ yrs exp
Domestic Telecom background mandatory
Ability to perform analysis of Qualitative, Quantitative & Training Data
Excellent knowledge of Customer Life Cycle in Telecom Businesses
Has in the past independently managed a team of QAs and Trainers
Excellent communication skills ( Hindi & English)
