Manages a team of QA Analysts also includes Senior QA Analysts and Team Leads,Ensures all audits are completed timely each month as per SLA,Exposure to Six Sigma Methodology,Develops controls for all processes in the QA functions, Controls attrition.

BB Certified, Exp in process improvement / excellence / re-engineering initiative. Drive Improvement projects on processes to improve Productivity,Improve SLA performance,Responsible for Opex Activities,Acts as a mentor to Six Sigma & Leam Projects
