Ensuring the adequacy of FMEA & revising the same as and when required.
Periodic Process Validation of Welding & Painting.
Monthly analysis of COPQ.
Analysis of Rework / Rejection & action implementation.
Calibration & Maintenance of Measuring Equipment.
Supplier/Vendor Process Auditing
Periodic Vendor Evaluation & Assessment
Drive APQP & PPAP approval process on new / existing suppliers.
Preparation of Quality Plan as per Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)
Carrying out PPAP & Level 5 run at supplier premises during initial part submission (NPD stage)
Developing vendors by providing training on quality tools and techniques
10-12 years of post-qualification experience for BE/B.Tech
12-14 years of post-qualification experience for Diploma holders
Experience in an auto ancillary company is required
Implementation and Maintaining ISO/TS 16949 requirements
Excellent presentation and communication skills
ERP skills (Oracle preferred)
