Roles and responsibilities:
1.Keyboarding skills with typing speed at 25 wpm, knowledge of different icons on the desktop, operating knowledge of excel & word ability to use functions, statistical formulas, graphical tools, formatting and using analytical tools, graphs & making reports.
2.Fluency in English Language, effective verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, clear pronunciation, sentence construction, effective listening skills, ability to comprehend relevant accent, knowledge of transaction/call flow, email etiquette, knowledge of call backs and escalation procedures and feedback mechanisms
3.Understanding that the number of Evaluations stipulated along with feedback's is to be met. (Sampling knowledge)
4.Knowledge on Calibration/ briefing tactics and feedback mechanisms.
5.Knowledge of Process Non-Compliance's, misrepresentation, fatal errors, critical areas towards productivity.
Experience and Qualifications:
Must be an M.B.B.S Graduate
Minimum 2 years experience, Should have Auditing Skills/Exposure
Operating Knowledge Of MS Office 2000, good typing skills
