Job Description

* Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications
* Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
* Setting customer service standards
* Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
* Investigating and setting standards for quality/health and safety
* Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level
* Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
* Writing management/technical reports and customers' charters
* Determining training needs
* Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality
* Directing objectives to maximize profitability
* Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information
* Monitoring performance
* Supervising technical or laboratory staff.

* In-House Rejection % -Monthly
* Supplier Rejection % -Monthly
* Number of CIP's Completed --Quarterly
* Zero Calibration dues --Weekly
* Number Of Repeated Defects --Quarterly
* Number of Process Audit Conducted (In-House & Supplier's)-- Quarterly
* Number of System Audit Conducted (In-House & Supplier's)-- Quarterly
* Reduction In inspection Time --Monthly .
* Customer Complaints --Monthly
* Closure of NC /8D related to process and Systems --quarterly

KPI's -HSE :
* No. Accidents Reported --Monthly
* Number of Hazard and Near Miss Reported --Monthly
* Closure of Audit Open Points --Monthly
* HSE PPE's adherence Audit's --Monthly
* House Keeping Audits -- Monthly
* OSHAS 18001 Open points --Monthly
* ISO 14000 Open Points -- Monthly
* Mock drill and evacuation time -- Quarterly
