Conversant in dealing with vendors & knowledge of procurement procedure of Engineering, Maintenance, Restaurant & Club House related material.
Plan & Implement cost reduction measures to achieve saving in terms of material procurement & logistic cost.
Vendor identification/ development, supply chain management & analytical assessment to strengthen effectiveness of purchase operations.
Close liaison & co-ordination with F&B dept , House Keeping , Engineering, Golf Maintenance , etc for meeting purchase needs.
Monitor the stock levels of consumables /spares/stocks at store & ensure timely procurement & replenishment of stocks.
