Job Description

Independently handling a residential Project
Will be responsible for the marketing activity of a Residential Project in Pune
Developing relationships with brokers at Entity Level to ensure market penetration
Developing and maintaining relationship with other verticals and Companies within HDFC group to ensure lead generation.
Planning and implementing Marketing activities, advertising and other visibility programs to drive sales
Look after collection & receivable management and Profitability.
International Marketing - responsible for marketing property to NRI's.
Recruitment of key team members and ensuing optimal team strength and structure.
Monitoring and ensuring optimal productivity per individual and ensuring non-performers are weeded out.
Innovates and creates reward programmes for the sales team to keep them motivated
Define the execute Training Drill, Content and ensure delivery and also define the audit mechanism
