Job Description

Deliver assigned customer projects to the agreed budget, timeline and quality

Work in close coordination with Sales Management, Finance, Legal and Marketing to ensure all areas of the commercial deal have oversight, understanding and appropriate approvals.

Work with RSD to ensure revenue targets are delivered

Lead review of lessons learned to foster a culture for continual improvement

Update systems (e.g. SRT) to track project revenue streams and ensure knowledge is kept up to date on PMDB

Responsible for Project profitability and regular reporting and customer management on progress

Work with Supply Chain to ensure deliveries meet contractual requirements

Work with engineering group to ensure adequate skills and resource levels are applied to ensure project success and profitability

Supporting the Regional Services Director (RSD) with accountability for each assigned account within the territorial region i.e. Revenues, Margin and Cost management.

Conduct formal initiation of new programs and projects to ensure all relevant stakeholders and the customer understand and take ownership for the deliverables required by the agreed commercial terms.

Coordinate activity and resources requirements to develop project plans & schedules to meet deliverable requirements (specification, time, cost and quality).

Establish and maintain risk, issue and change control regimes. Arbitrate and actively drive and participate in the decision making process, balancing the needs of the program and business needs.

Work with the program team and functional groups to facilitate development field work packages, for new network builds or upgrades.

Monitor and control activities of the project team, to coordinate and track field activity through the implementation of work packages. Field deployment may utilize direct or subcontract labour.

Lead and facilitate frequent review meetings between relevant customer operational groups and corporate groups.

Document and communicate customer needs, project status, exceptions and resolutions.
