Scope of Role: To manage and develop Business, client and candidate management in order to generate business for the Company
1. Client Management
Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times.
Develop a detailed knowledge of the nature and culture of all clients businesses
Effective co-ordination with client on scheduling & updates
Generate client information
Produce individual client strategies
2. Candidate Management
Sourcing and Screening the Candidates as per client requirements.
Developing and managing Candidate pool
Attracting new candidates via networking, internal database, job portals, references, Headhunting & campus.
Maintaining call cycles for selected pool of candidates
Maintaining relationships with both sourced and placed Candidates
Candidate Management during recruitment process and after selection.
Monitor online portals and incoming emails for new job opportunities
Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking client and candidate feedback
Supervised time management (weekly)
Proper usage of IT Tools
Candidate database upkeep and reporting
3. Team Management:
Responsible to lead his team.
Responsible for overall productivity of the team.
Retention, Development and Career planning of the team.
Incentives, Reward, Recognition, evaluation and training the team.
Coaching and guiding team members to do their best and sharing feedback at regular intervals.
Inducting new joinees to ensure a smooth learning curve
4. Market Intelligence
In-depth knowledge and understanding of market /industry trends.
Build plan for workforce supply and demand
Correlate hiring plans with workforce plans to ensure hiring needs are met with quality hires in a timely and cost effective manner
Demonstrated ability to drive results (reliable, proactive, able to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment)

Graduate with minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in BPO/ITES hiring
