Job Description

Min Exp - 10 years
* Conduct an impact assessment in respect of implementing business requirements
* Translate business requirements into high-level deliverables and drive signoff on key project decisions.
* Determine effort & impact out of business requirement (mandatory for Project Initiation Document)
* Preparation of detailed design and technical software application requirements through technical leads and Vendor resource
* Delivery of Developed / customize solutions -- applications, systems, MIS reports
* Creation of training related documents -- end user manuals, technical support documentation, training material through BA's/Training or any other applicable persons/departments
* Effective control on Changes and Project enhancements
* Ensure knowledge transfer and handover to support and operations IT/user staff
* End user department training
* Assess impact and prioritize changes during projects based on business needs
* Build and review implementation plans (of solutions)
* Define and review a test strategy (entry and exit criteria) with the technical leads and an operational test plan methodology for business related solutions with the Business Analyst
* Test changes independently in accordance with the defined test plan prior to migration to the operational environment

Plan & Organize
* Ensure periodical reporting of Project/Initiatives to Stakeholders
* Build project charters, schedules, quality plans, budgets, and communication and risk management plans for business related projects and IT initiatives
* Assure the participation and commitment of project stakeholders for business related projects and IT initiatives
* Assure the effective control of projects and project changes for business related projects and IT initiatives
* Define & implement project assurance and review methods
* Ensure PMO governance compliant execution of projects

Acquire & Implement
* Track and manage application requirements during the development lifecycle and incorporate changes to requirements through an established change management process
* Develop a plan for the support and handover of software applications
* Evaluate training results and enhance documentation as required
* Coordinate to ensure implementation and monitoring of project databases
* Ensure that all releases are compliant to Prior to release criteria

Training & Support
* Identify and characterize users' training needs
* Build a training program taking into consideration -- training delivery methods, training tools
