Job Description

Summary

Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for managing regional infrastructure projects and partnering with Global Infrastructure team on global infrastructure projects that impact the region

Roles and Responsibility

Manage regional infrastructure projects
Define project objectives, facilitate definition of project scope, goals and deliverables, plan project timelines, create project
Establish resource requirements and organize project resources
Oversee development of project artifacts and track project deliverables
Manage projects for on-schedule completion within budget that meet business technical requirements, including managing the implementation of project changes and interventions to achieve project results
Oversee quality control
Organize and lead project meetings
Provide updates on project progress, problems and solutions to stakeholders
Coordinate regional projects, timelines, and release calendars in the region
Complete formal transition of newly implemented solutions with GI Support team
Partner with GI on global infrastructure projects that impact the region
Assist in management of regional demand planning for new GI services
Initiate GI engagement process (IPM)
Capture business requirements and help GI in quoting solutions
Coordinate regional site delivery resources for global infrastructure projects delivered in partnership with GI
Track issues within region in coordination with GI and ensure solutions are delivered and ready when business needs it
Assist GI in procuring server and network assets for regional project delivery and support, including management of vendors Serve as IT Standards champion within region
Assist in management and remediation of SOX, IT audits and other regulations for infrastructure compliancy within region
Coordinate with GI to facilitate Lifecycle Management of Compute and Network assets in region, including engaging business partners to determine disposition of solution
Assist Regional Infrastructure Services Lead in management of services delivered to the region by GI
Participate in regional and global meetings with business and GI, as appropriate
Provide language translation support

Minimum Qualification

Any Bachelors degree

Experience

Preferably 5 to 10 years of experience out of which, at least 3 years experience managing multiple concurrent infrastructure projects of various sizes and lengths in a corporate environment.
Experience in Infrastructure Project and Services Management
