Job Description :
The project manager is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and monitoring activities of the Engineering team, with additional involvement in various Engineering initiatives.
This position collaborates with others to define project scope and objectives, identifies required skills and resources for various projects, develops detailed works plans, and provides project status.
The PMP also conducts interim and post-project reviews and conducts quality assurance audits. In addition, this position anticipates and identifies project issues and risks, recommends solutions, and works with the Software Engineering team to implement solutions.
A Project Manager is required to:
Run complex projects/ programs from planning and development to production Define effort estimation, resource allocation and schedule for project implementation.
Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestone Efficiently identify and solve project issues
Design and maintain technical and project documentation
Be proficient in working with and implementing agile methodologies
Effectively manage all stakeholder communication Required experience and knowledge PMP certification required.
3-4+ years Project Management experience in managing large technology projects.
3+ years of supervisory experience managing a technical project team
Solid understanding in the areas of application programming Understands web technologies
Strong organizational, presentation, and client service skills. Excellent written and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
