Execution of strategy of F&B company, supporting promoters and to set up and launch new restaurant food outlet covering the following:
- Concept, menu and creative ideas development including fusion cuisine
- Branding, coordination with interior decorators, set up and planning
- Operational planning
- Introduction of policies & procedures for staff etiquette, Health, Safety and Hygiene etc.
- Communication and coordination with any franchise providers
- Marketing, public relations and revenue generation related ideas and concepts.
Hence, essentially, while we will provide all support, this project manager should be able to support the promoters fully in planning, setting up and managing the restaurant and F&B business (kiosks, catering, home delivery etc. etc. based on agreed upon growth plans)
