5-6 years of Agile coaching exp. Provide guidance to Scrum teams for Agile adoption at enterprise level
Must have a training and coaching experience and is not part of the scrum team
Must be experience in implementing Agile techniques( Scrum, XP, SAFe, Lean, Kanban, TDD, BDD, DevOps and continuous Integration) in different cultures and environments
Has successfully run Agile projects of varying size and complexity
Experienced in Large enterprise transformations from Waterfall to Agile
Define Scrum roles/responsibilities and collaboration practices
Communicates effectively and able to handle and influence challenging situations
Establish Agile practices like scrum-mindset, backlog creation, story estimation techniques, commitment to POs
Create management reports to show progress, Areas of improvements
Should have Agile Lifecycle Project Management tool experience
3- 4 years of Agile transformation experience.
Challenge the team to implement team operational improvements.
Encourage and instill process improvements.
Serve as communication liaison between the team and Product Owner, Program Manager, and Stakeholders.
Develop people through coaching and by fostering a positive work environment.
Collect and report progress metrics on a regular basis.
Plan monthly reviews and planning sessions with team and product stakeholders.
Contribute in Architecture, Design, Development reviews as necessary.
Help setup the Agile metrics for the Program
Help setup the configuration in Agile Project Management Tool
Help team understand collaboration practices
Must have prior experience in .Net / Java development in projects
