PCM will assist in defining and maintaining the standards of project management. Act as a source of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and execution. Assist with advising Project Managers and teams on the best use of project management disciplines and approaches and act as the first point of contact for any project management queries.
Delivers a contracted package of work on time, within budget, enabling the expected business benefit and to the clients satisfaction, managing issues, risks and dependencies successfully along the way.
Will be typically responsible for one or more deliverables, including the financial impact for projects elements (e.g. a milestone/subproject/work-stream leader within a bigger project), Stakeholder and Client relationships are short term and are specific to project needs. Some limited interface with 3rd party suppliers, which may involve ensuring timeliness and quality of deliverables.
