Job Description


Understand client(stated and unstated) needs & pain areas , lead client meetings
Engage with clients on multiple projects
Lead the exercise to structure complex business problems using problem solving techniques such as issue tree and MECE approach
Develop & conceptualize sophisticated & innovative analytical solution and actionable insights with high client and business understanding
Manage crises situation and communicate, take action along with stakeholders and team members proactively
Lead project management - adherence of timelines and quality of delivery, forecast people requirement, other business needs, manage and communicate with stakeholders, ensure that the teams follow operational discipline
Be the thought leader in the focus area, go to person for internal teams, Generate knowledge sharing trends in the team, participate in developing white papers & share new trends in analytics with colleagues, evolve one's own opinion on the concepts

Tools: SAS, SQL R, Cognos

Qualification & Experience

5+ years hands on experience in CRM/ marketing analytics
Knowledge of duns data would be add on
Knowledge of SAS/ R/ machine learning/ sql
Knowledge of BI tools- Spotfire/ tableau/ OBIEEE platform
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills
Good collaboration and communication skills
Passionate about solving problems, quality and learning new technologies
Strong sense of team work, ownership, and accountability
