Job Description

Knowledge/Experience:
- Should have 4 -6 years experience in working in the Cards Domain both Issuing & Acquiring platforms with a understanding of Networks such as Visa /MasterCard & Discover/Amex
- Should have 3 - 5 years of experience in a critical banking application production support role mainly in handling Sev 1 / 2 incidents.
- Should have at least 3 years of experience in Project Management.
- Should have prior experience in managing multiple team leaders
- Should have team management / retention experience
- Should have Client Management experience
- Understanding of Six Sigma methodology, possibly Green Belt certified preferred
- Achieving productivity improvement targets
- Transforming and growing the business
- Developing strong relationships and teams

Competencies / Skills:
- Excellent customer service, communication and presentation skills.
- Preferred - ITIL V3 & CCNA Certified resource
- Project Management Should be able to work with Microsoft Projects
- Training, Coaching and counseling skills with Active Listening skills
- Good Team Management Skills
