1. Co-ordination with client & inter-departmental.
2. Proficiency in Procurement is a must.
3. Computer Applications: Windows operating systems.
4. Software- Proficiency in CPM-PERT is a must (either through MS-Project or equivalent).
5. Proficiency in Project Management softwares like Primavera & Contract Management would be an added advantage.
6. Working as per the quality and safety requirement standards
7. Adopting a flexible and open approach towards the needs of projects
