7+-13 years of experience in Informatica administrator and development.
Responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading, patching and maintaining a scalable and high performing Informatica solution (9.x) in support of business processing requirements.
Responsible for framework development and enhancements. Candidate should have excellent knowledge of scripting and enhancements.
Candidate should have Data Analyser reporting knowledge to govern the Informatica Environments.
Informatica migration experience.
Maintain high availability and performance for production environments.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production and SDLC environments (Informatica Application, Databases, etc.) reported through monitoring systems, support teams, and trouble tickets as per established SLAs.
Collaborate with project, architecture, and release teams, providing input on architectural design recommendations, driving standards, and plan and execute effective transition to production operations.
Responsible for backup, recovery and tuning of application, doing Root Cause Analysis on Production.
Drive Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes working with Operations, Development, and Management teams to ensure operational consistency and service improvement.
Multi-Tasking capabilities and ability to work on multiple environments and projects as necessary under tighter SLAs for crunch situations.
Excellent Communication/Interpersonal Skill.
Should be ready to provide 24X7 supports and on call, via an agreed team rota.
Good knowledge on Unix/Linux/AIX servers.
