. Lead, direct & guide the Planning Team for Project Planning & Scheduling, Program Management & Monitoring; Be responsible for overall project delivery as per customer requirements
. Attending and monitoring on site coordination meetings with all parties for any concordance job on site, thus pushing ahead time frame achievement.
. Monitoring all correspondence with the client relevant to the project in progress for the best of the company.
. Planning and Co-ordination
. Prepare Project Master Plan & detailed timelines for individual buildings
. Periodic tracking & monitoring of project. Baseline schedule v/s actual progress
. Implement Progress monitoring, measurement methodology & fortnightly master schedule updates.
. Preparing resource planning in, Material, Manpower & Machinery requirement
