Job Description

Project Delivery Manager position with MNC organisation.((Mandatory experience in general insurance ,commercial insurance , property & casualty(P&C))

Experience : 5+yrs

Job Location : Pune

Job Profile :

Experience project management and delivery management.
Experience in Insurance domain.
Experience in SDLC or agile methods.
Experience in either Information Technology, Consulting, Insurance industry or Financial Services at a mid to senior management level
At least 3 years combined experience in Project Management covering full SDLC or AGILE methods
Experience in managing small to medium size projects
Proficiency in Project Management, control and reporting tools
Insurance Industry product knowledge across General and Commercial products lines is highly desirable
Excellent analytical and documentation skills
Demonstrable success in project management and delivery across the full life-cycle
Knowledge of Quality Assurance/Control in Project Management
Experience in Requirements Definition, Developing a System Design &Product Architecture, Product Configuration, Integration, Testing and Deployment
Management of small to medium size teams of local, regional and globally dispersed resources
Proven success in project management and delivery
Demonstrable global expertise and perspective; executive level presence and influence
Strong organisational skills combined with the ability to multi-task and excellent time-management skills
Demonstrable business and industry acumen
Proven Leadership and the ability to build strong, cohesive and results oriented team
Excellent stake-holder and client management capabilities
