Job Description


Tailoring/Productizing Assets to make APAC specific
Define and implement the APAC Sales Onboarding Program
Manage execution of the program including initiating the program with new hires, tracking progress through the program, supporting the new hire and sales management to ensure the successful completion of the program management
Measure success and ensure continuous improvement of the program
Roll out/Pull through key development initiatives from Corp
Collaborate with sales management to identify regional and/or individual development needs and design and implement the right interventions to address the specific need
Manage the Sales Development Program/Calendar and ensure high-quality program delivery for both Direct and Partner Sales
Organize and secure the right resources for all development initiates and interventions
Organize and run the APAC Sales Centre of Excellence (CoE) calls

Sales Tools and Reporting

Roll out and ensure productive use of all core sales tools (e.g., SFDC, Marketo, Leadlander, The Quarry, etc.)
Rollout and ensure consistent use of key sales processes (e.g., contracting, RFP management, etc.)
Adapt and/or localize (not translate) processes and tools for the APAC regions as required
Measure success of processes and tools and provide feedback to sales management and Corp to ensure continuous improvement
Roll out and ensure compliance with of all core OPERATIONAL and SALAES MANAGEMENT processes (e.g., SFDC, CSAT, Retention, Escalation, etc.)
Support sales management in developing a standard set of reports and dashboards
Address questions from the Field and sales management (teach them to fish, don't fish for them!) within a standard SLA of 24 hours

Experience Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Solution consulting, implementation or technology training in the HR/Talent space preferred
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
Sales background, Experience with SaaS and HR Technology highly valued
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience using CRM tools, comfort with a plus
University degree in business or other related required
Ability to travel up to 20% of time, including travel to US
