Desired Candidate Profile:

12 + years of relevant experience
Must have had 3+ years hands-on experience in one or more of following CRM products
Salesforce CRM (Preferred)
Siebel 8.X
Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Must have at least 4+ years experience in directly managing projects and 2+ years in program /delivery management function covering following Project Management and Program management:

  1. Scope mgmt., Schedule mgmt., communication mgmt., Cost mgmt, Risk mgmt., Resource mgmt
  2. Project tracking, coordination
  3. Status reporting to senior management
  4. Project budget control
  5. Invoicing
  6. Customer/stakeholder management
  7. Experience in right shore model using
  8. Agile methodology
  9. Waterfall methodology
Project experience:
  1. Implementation
  2. Support
  3. Development
Job Description:
