1. Overall experience of around 14+ Yrs
2. Experience of at least 3 end-to-end data warehouse implementations
3. Experience in BI projects in Insurance OR Retail & CPG OR MFG
4. Must have done at least 3 end-t o-end data warehouse implementations
5. Must have exposure to Pre-sales and Solution in DW/BI context.
6. Experience of managing large support and AMO engagements in DW/BI context
7. Around 3 to 5 years of experience of customer facing roles (as Tech Lead/Architect/Onsite project manager)
8. Expert in account planning and account mining activities to improve revenue and service footprint at the existing customer accounts
9. Well versed in customer expectation setting and expectation management in long term BI programs by direct customer connect and thru onsite team members
10. Experience of managing distributed team of close to 100 persons in an onsite/offshore model
11. Experience of financial and contract management including revenue management, margin management, billing and invoicing
12. Expert in people managements skills, mentoring, career planning and talent management
13. Expertise in creating collateral's, presentations and PoVs for specific problem statements of customers
14. Exposure to pre-sales and Solutioning in DW/BI context
15. Exposure to Big Data, MDM and Data Quality solutions (optional).
