Role Expectation Primary areas of responsibility:
Should have 5-7 years of experience in program management, setting up industry standard governance models and vendor management.
Manage Steering committee meeting, Preparation of meeting agenda, publishing MOMs, tracking of pending action items, preparing risk and issue log, action log and Resource time tracking & management
Preparing project plans in consultation with all stakeholders.
Skilled in interactions with various internal & external stakeholders, facilitate requirements gathering, UAT testing
Work with technology, business & operations teams for collating requirements.
Ensure onetime quality delivery from vendor or internal IT team. Prepare & Present findings to management team
Travel Requirements Minimal
Technical Skills Desirable Should have experience in project management tools like MS projects, JIRA, Share point project management and work flows
Preferred - PMI/Prince2 certified
Effort sizing optimization & Risk Management
Measuring IT efficiency & quality tracking
