Job description is as below :
The role requires participation in revenue planning and scoping reviews, meeting with key people at the Customer end and walk through the business and technology processes and identifying the key risks and controls to be assessed.
Identifying the potential area for developing Business and proactively involving in the designing the growth plan of new business.
Analyzing the Delivery metrics.
Regular interaction with the Customer and continuing having a positive Customer Satisfaction Level.
Evaluation of the Delivery system, processes and implementing the best practices across the organization.
Heading the entire Delivery and mentoring the Senior Managers.
Ensuring the team KPI are met.
Responsible for performance and development of the teams.
