The SAP practice head will report to the Global Enterprise Applications Head and responsible for
driving firms global SAP business growth across global markets.
The SAP practice head will have had demonstrated expertise in leading a large SAP practice with
global business focus for overall SAP product space. The SAP practice head would manage multiple
responsibilities including a Strategist, Practice Leader, Operations Head, Peoples Leader and a
Delivery Leader. The incumbent should have managed most of these roles as part of his career in
right measure and would have migrated to being a practice lead now.
Overall experience of over 18+ years with relevant experience in SAP for over 12 years
Demonstrated experience of over 16+ years in SAP space including minimum 5 years in
having managed a large SAP practice of over 500 associates.
Conceptualizing, Building and Growing SAP practice as per global market trends, SAPs
growth focus, set target for the organization and the future market focus;
Meet all the practice targets including Revenue, New and improvised services, create unique
differentiators and practice applied innovation and collaborate with other accounts across
practices within the organization to introduce and grow the SAP footprint.
Talent acquisition and development including managing attrition;

Manage the SAP practice to plan and agreed KPIs measured to define metrics and processes
Aligns SAP growth strategy with overall enterprise applications focus and firms business strategy
Demonstrate thought leadership to help grow Organizations SAP practice as a leading global SAP services provider
Coordinates with various vertical business units (VBU) and global sales teams to drive theoverall competency growth as per market needs, future market focus and help define workable Go to Market (GTM) focus.
Help drive business from ongoing clients and help win new clients.
Actively support sales opportunities by leveraging solutions, offerings andservicesand
translate them into strong value proposition for clients and help win most deals.
Effectively monitor the overall practice resources to drive them towards being relevant to SAP technologies and market needs at all times
Contributes industry expertise and understanding of client business.
Support delivery teams on various projects to have the required multi-discipline SAP team including internal and 3rd party resources to ensure Customer Service Delivery Excellence.
Demonstrate eminence across various technologies and products that complement SAP solutions and develop a team with deep knowledge of such products and technologies
Provide expertise within the context of each project in a manner designed to increase the overall SAP knowledge of team members.
Co-ordinate and leverage relationships SAP alliance team to assimilate product expertise, joint
go to market focus, build internal SAP competencies and renew them continuously for market relevance and build thought leadership to sustain the business growth.
