Responsible to traffic workflow through a multi-disicplined department, identify resource gaps through forecasting processes and implement workflow solutions to improve quality efficiency on all levels of these departments.
Key performance areas
. At least 12 years' experience in a production role within a fashion environment . Ensure effective system across Product sample room, Photographic studio and Retouching, Content writing, Stock alignment and Catalogue upload . Maintain optimal management principles in each division and optimal work-flow principles between the divisions . Development, maintenance & refinement of work-flow plan in terms of critical path outlines and traffic management guidelines documentation . Manage effectiveness and efficiencies of the production work-flow . Enforce adherence to work-flow processes and deadlines - traffic manage a portfolio of accounts . Ensure scheduling of tasks - Manage team capacities and team schedules . Management of status meetings . Updating of workflow forecasting document with relevant measureable elements . Maintain the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison at a level acceptable management.
. Ensure that operating objectives and standards of performance are owned by staff.
