The job profile is to manage chocolate making lines ovens and wafer lines, kitchen line and chocolate refining; and thereby meeting business requirements.
o Lines include; moulding lines (Aasted and OPM), Wafer line (Hebenstrait), kitchen line (klockner hensel, BEPEX) and chocolate refining (semi automatic and fully automated; buhler, gericke, fressie).
Regular preventive as well as corrective maintenance of the lines.
Job allotment and managing of company as well contract employees.
Practicing sensory, safety, housekeeping activities and meeting legal compliance like net wts. (Safety Champion of the area.)
Coordinating with maintenance, utility, food safety, quality, safety and supply chain department for smooth functioning of production related activities.
Coordinating with application group team for trails of NPD or existing product development.
Trouble shooting and analysis for the problems and their root cause analysis to prevent their re-occurrence.
Tracking of KPIs related to production, quality and safety.
o Rework, Overfilling, line utilization (Efficiency), SQC, FTQ, BBS, GFI, traceability (Physical Vs.SAP) etc...
Ensuring adherence to Food safety systems followed in food manufacturing; such as ISO 22000(FSMS), HACCP, traceability, Ornament Policy & Pest Control systems.
Undertaking small to mid size projects as a part of continuous improvement with the help of GSTD and DMAIC methodologies.
Conducting online trainings for line operation regarding recurring issues like Q deviations, safety and Hygiene.
Closure of audit points and follow up for the same.
Ramp up and stabilization of new lines for existing as well as new products, coordinating with suppliers (commissioning engineers) for problem solving in new lines (as & when).
