Job Description

Objective - To achieve set sales target PAN India UV-VIS Spectrophotometer
Building good customer relationship on long term basis


*Top line sales of UV-VIS spectrophotometer products, achieve sales target, profitability and cost objectives.
*Continually monitoring sales performance to ensure all customer orders are realized internally and delivered in line with customer expectations.
*Develop competency of sales team by conducting presentation, workshops, sample analysis
*Ensure to understand the current market scenario like competition market share, product gap analysis , pricing of competition and update to management time to time
*Execute various marketing activities to develop the leads, opportunities and pipeline in CRM and monitor regularly and forecast the projection to management
*Maintaining and updating customer information and leads management into CRM.
*To coordinate with service engineers to attend installations, routine maintenance and breakdowns.
*To interact with customers, understand the needs and positioning of the products of the company as per his requirements/applications.
