Responsible to build customer engagement across products- Mutual Funds and Capital Markets (Equities).
Initiate activities to build product revenues across channels and specifically Online
Create product presentation, product communication, collaterals for easy product dissemination and promotion across channels
Introduce new promotion schemes, offers, programs, webinars, events to maximize product penetration
Introduce new processes, revisit existing processes for smooth functioning of the business
Analyze data, do segmentation, share insights and initiate action on the relevant segment and areas to build revenue
Track performance and Share dashboard on performance with stake holders
Coordinate and influence cross functional teams such as Marketing, Research, Compliance, Operations, IT, MIS etc. to get maximum support in day to day functioning of the business.
