Technical Skills:

Understand product use cases, customer / merchant requirements, associated technologies
Understand technical and operational capabilities of vendor landscape for payment services
Analyze market trends, usage and support data to inform product enhancements and changes

Position Summary
Conceptualise and develop a product that enables retailers, grocery stores, pharmacies and other enterprises the ability to take orders, process payments, analyze sales and track inventory. The product would aid enterprises in business management, analytics, and customer engagement. The product would help consumers to place orders, avail special offers, manage loyalty schemes and make payments through their prepaid cards, digital bank accounts or e-wallets.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of Retail Applications products

Role Description
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of the Retail Applications product
Support research, market evaluations, customer feedback assimilation, industry trends to continuously identify opportunities for evolving and refining the Retail Applications product
Collaborate with Project Managers and Release Managers to define business requirements documentation and develop effective delivery plans
Serve as a champion and core Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the product; act as key liaison with the Technology and Operations team to drive the Retail Applications product capabilities forward.
Act as key liaison to Marketing, Sales and Support teams to share product knowledge which will foster high quality and positive customer experiences
Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to identify and incorporate the risk, compliance and regulatory requirements, during product conceptualization
Manage vendor relationships, where applicable, to ensure delivery against customer experience and operational service levels
Implement monitoring to track and report on customer satisfaction providing recommendations on how to improve results
Monitor performance to ensure the Retail Applications product remains competitive and delivers the agreed revenue and business benefits
Coordinate with marketing team to inform promotional positioning
