Strong ability to distill a problem into its basic components to define clear and concise requirements with absolute focus on the end user experience.
Highly skilled in working in an Agile environment with strong proficiency in writing epics/stories, leading sprints, grooming backlogs and defining process flows.
Superlative communications skills (both oral and written): Ability to clearly define requirements, convey business context and explain the technology that supports a product. Presentation style that is both charismatic and engaging.
Able to collaborate and influence effectively across the organization
Understands what drives the business and can figure out how technology can provide solutions and accelerate growth.
5 years of product management experience preferably in a technical payments capacity.
Agile expert-priority will be given to CSPOs who can demonstrate proficiency working in Agile.
Subject matter expertise in at least two of the following: merchant solutions, mobile, risk modeling, alternative payments, billing, apis, tokenization, integrations, data security and alternative payments, microtransactions, web services and cloud services.
Engineering degree or equivalent. MBA with a focus on strategy is a plus.
