* Minimum 3 years of work experience in Online/Mobile Product Management and a proven ability to translate customer needs into business and detailed product requirements
* Proven analytical and quantitative skills, and tools to perform analysis. Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases.
* Should be able to think strategically and execute methodically and tactically.
* Superior verbal and written communications skills.
* Define product strategy and roadmap based on business goals and external (competitors / complements / substitutes) researched knowledge
* Ideate rigorously, and then translate ideas into clear, details-oriented product requirements. Evangelize views with stakeholders.
* Analyze and interpret data from different sources (analytical, quantitative, qualitative) in close cooperation with our business intelligence analysts, triangulate actionable insights and make decisions based on data.
