Responsible and accountable for revenue, Operations led sales and technical performance of the Software Engineering organization.
Driving the Engineering execution according to plan across multiple disciplinary (SW, Test and IV&V) projects.
Work closely with customers to ensure customer satisfaction while also looking for growth opportunities.
Working with Sales team with new customer acquisition by participating in customer calls to understand requirements, suggest solutions, developing concept notes, proposals.
Working with the engineering staff for estimating effort required, solutions.
Will be supported by am PM organization and an engineering organization reporting into her/him.
Minimum of 5 years in a leading/managerial role.
Excellent people management skills with proven background of managing multiple technical teams
Experience in customer interactions and managing customer interfaces for multiple customer engagements
Good understanding of product development life cycle
