Job Description

>The CMS Product Manager is responsible to ensure that the key product proposition of Cash Management remains strong by working closely with the CMS Product Management head, other product managers, the CMS Sales team as well as the various segments RM's.

>This position will report into the CMS Head for the Consumer Bank. The consumer Bank customer segments include the Emerging Corporate Group (Small businesses), The Business Banking Group and the Government Banking Group.

>The role of the person will be to:

>1. Ensure that the product propositions are relevant and strong for the consumer banking clients by working closely with the CMS Product team and with the relevant segment heads.

>2. Rollout templated solutions across the consumer Bank and track usage of the product. Make relevant changes based on feedback received from the branches and from clients.

>3. Rollout solutions for various industry segments based on the unique requirements for each segment.

>4. Provide on the ground product support to the RM's of the respective segments and ensure that the solutions are rolled out quickly.

>5. Track for initiation of transaction volumes and ensure all the transaction volumes as originally envisaged are captured completely.

>6. Ensure large scale proliferation of the solution to clients in each vertical

>7. Provide training to the segments RM's and sales executives on the ground on CMS products

>8. Regularly track client level and segment level revenue and account balances and publish regular reports to all stakeholders.

>9. Provide marketing collaterals in the form of standard client presentations, brochures, offer letters etc.

>Job Requirements & Specifications:

>- In-depth understanding of all products (Collections Payments and Electronic Channels) under Cash Management Services

>- Ability to work in a collaborative environment with good interpersonal skills

>- Prior Experience in having handled CMS Product roles in leading organisations

>- Ability to roll out products within tight deadlines

>Required Skills & Competencies:

>- CMS experience of 8-10 years.
